As Christians we often wear two sets of clothes. One set are the clothes of sin that look like rags and tatters and the other the beautiful clothes of Christ given to us in Baptism which Paul commands us to embrace and live in every day. Those clothes of Christ enable us to have compassion, kindness, gentleness and patience, but often too the rags of sin enable us to display, anger, malice, harsh words, impatience and lack of grace toward others. As we explore Part 3 of our sermon series on Colossians we will hear how we can choose especially to put on kindness; even when we experience others who are annoying and frustrating.
Come and watch Pastor Matt’s sermon in the YouTube video above for this Sunday at Trinity Pasadena as we hear reminders from the Lord of the clothes of Christ which are ours everyday through our baptism.
