In worship, God comes to us to speak to us, serve us, feed us, strengthen us, bind up our wounds, wipe away our tears and equip us for ministry.
Worship
Please come and join us for worship each Sunday morning at 9.30am where we serve Holy Communion on a fortnightly basis.
In worship, you will encounter a very relaxed and positive environment where you can be yourself and receive all the wonderful gifts of grace that the Lord wishes to give to you.
In worship, God comes to us to speak to us, serve us, feed us, strengthen us, bind up our wounds, wipe away our tears and equip us for ministry throughout the week ahead as we share the good news of Jesus with those we meet.
We also have a variety of music and worship formats from services with combined band and organ, contemporary and reflective worship that celebrate our union in Christ with contributions with our brothers and sisters in Christ from Indonesian and other cultural backgrounds.
Children learn the joy of worship by being with you through singing, praying and a gentle and compassionate touch. Always remember that the way we welcome children in the church directly affects the way they respond to church, God and Jesus.
For parents with young children, we have an area with toys in the entry foyer of the church. And parents are welcome to collect an activity pack for young children upon arrival.
During the school term we engage with children for a Bible story lesson which involves the skills of reading, listening, praying, singing, writing, and colouring in. This occurs on communion Sundays and commences just as the sermon or message begins until the service concludes.
