Hi everyone,

Happy Birthday Church! It’s Pentecost Sunday, our celebration of the birth of the worldwide church! We’ve got lots for you all this week with many special filmed birthday greetings from within our Trinity Community and friends from afar, a video with music from the ICFA, Pastor Ani leading the service and the conclusion of Part 4 of our sermon series on Galatians: ‘Walk by the Spirit’ preached by Pastor Matt. We’ve also concluded the service with a lovely praise and blessing hymn to the tune of ‘Old One Hundredth’ in Indonesian and English.

I must draw your attention to the fantastic effort of so many of our community who have submitted video greetings for this service; in various languages, from all ages and all very creative too! It is such a wonderful collage of our church, and it has given us a wonderful opportunity to be together through the Holy Spirit despite being separated.

Enjoy this wonderful celebration of our church family, and the tremendous gift of the Holy Spirit who gave birth to the church 2,000 years ago. May we all continue to walk by the Spirit, as the sinful nature has been crucified in Christ and has no hold on us. May his peace and joy fill your hearts today, now and always. Amen.
